Very prompt curteous and professional...

wow!..i cant believe i drove all over Michigan yesterday looking for a belt for my Sharp vacuum cleaner, then find out the very next day that Spangler's Sales & Service here in my own backyard had the correct part i needed!..the dealer answered the phone on the first ring..i asked about a belt for a Sharp vacuum, and he said he had it, without me giving him a model or serial number because as he said, all Sharps use the same belt..so, i was there within 5 minutes, and back home in 10 using what seemed like a new vacuum cleaner, and with good advice about the belt and roller usage..a thumbs up and 5 more stars...
