5014 Villa Linde Pkwy, Flint, MI 48532Park Eye & Surgi-Center is the office and surgical center for Dr. Frederick Bruening, MD, general ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon based in Flint, MI. We have a proud heritage of serving patients for more than 30 years in the Flint & Tri-County area. All surgeries are performed in a sterile, specially designed, AAAHC accredited ambulatory surgery center which operates at the highest standards. Our patients have the best chance for a successful surgery and fast recovery time, all without any trips to the hospital. Dr. Bruening is the medical director of Park Eye & Surgi-Center. He is a board-certified ophthalmologist, a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, as well as a member of the prestigious Society for Excellence in Eye Care. He received his medical degree at the University of Iowa School of Medicine in 1980, and went on to become Chief Resident of the Ophthalmology Department at North Carolina Baptist Hospital, Wake Forest Medical Center in North Carolina. Dr. Bruening specializes in clear cornea cataract surgery, a micro-incision technique that reduces post-operative complications and recovery time. He is a skilled surgeon who has performed this surgery over 20,000 times.

Provided by YP.comDr Bruening is awesome he did surgery on my daughter that was blind in one eye and had been told numerous times during her life that there was nothing that could be done. She now can see out of that eye for the first time in her life.
