My wife Sandy & I wanted to up grade our 19' x 15' kitchen, top to bottom. We asked around & were referred to New Design by several people who they did work for. All were VERY pleased & had no problem giving us their name.
We met with Rick Dajos at their showroom & were immediately impressed with the selection of cabinets, flooring, counter top choices, and fell in love with a particular back splash.

We settled on a design & they promptly scheduled us for the project. This was in mid September. We were planning on hosting a family Christmas gathering, & were concerned about the timing. Rick worked with their scheduling department & a crew of VERY professional workmen arrived & in ONE day had the entire kitchen cleared of old cabinets, flooring, counter tops etc. They even moved our appliances into our garage. When they left that evening all of the old kitchen was hauled away, the floor swept etc.

Not only did we have our new beautiful kitchen done on time to host our event, they were done before we expected them to be. The topping was when we settled our bill. They were slightly under the original estimate.

Our kitchen and bathroom remodel was recently completed by New Design and we couldn't be happier. Every employee we dealt from start to finish were very professional and any issue we had was quickly resolved. Highly recommended!

I am very particular about who does work on my home, but I made the right choice with New Design. They are craftsmen not contractors. My kitchen is now the focal point of the the home. On time, within the quoted budget and friendly workers. If you want a quality call New Design.

I am semi satisfied. The end product looks good and I was happy with the subcontractors. The New Design office is a different story. It took many calls by me to the office to get action, every time that I called it was very difficult to talk to the person that I called for. My job was supposed to be a 1 day demo and install, in reality it took 4 days. They did not adhere to schedules, I the end I acted as my own general contractor working with the subcontractors and had to do the cleanup myself. There are companies that can provide better service.

came into my home (shoes on) and quoted me $7k. Went into another local shop with exact detentions and was quoted $3k. They will quote you based on your house size and residential area and not by the job. They don't treat all customers equal. SMH

Totally the worse people to work with lie and do not return calls. We had counter tops and back splash do from here will never go back to bad for them to we had more work that needed to be done will go else where now.

Beware of the bait and switch sales tactics. Run ad for complete kitchen 10x10 cabinets and granite at $7995. Won't quote price over phone if yours isn't 10x10 and insist on sales person coming out. Mine is 13x5. Quotes for just refinish of existing cabinets with no counters at $12,000. Avoid these scammers

Ray stood us up for the SECOND TIME today. He was supposed to come to our home and give us a quote on remodeling 2 of our bathrooms last Wednesday and didn't show so we rescheduled for today -- still he didn't show nor did he have the courtesy to call. If this is the way your company conducts business we will never use your services and will tell anyone we see not to use you either. Apparently you don't care about public opinion or you are so busy you don't need any more business!

Had my granite installed by New Design and a tile backsplash. They did a great job from beginning to end. Workers were nice and very efficient. I would recommend them to everyone.

Totally agree with the person above. No communication. Don't return calls. Repairs not completed. Management disappears after contract is signed. Even though they will tell you they DO NOT use sub-contractors that all work directly for them, this is not true. In this case it was a blessing, as I have NO complaints over the workers. They also became quite frustrated when materials weren't available for the job they were sent to do.

Communication is poor, workmanship is very good (except for drywall installers--their workmanship is fair), service/warranty is poor. After the installation, we had minor warranty issues; made many phone calls leaving messages each tome (8 or more), got no response. Finally sent a registered letter to owner. Service Technician then called to set up time to complete the repairs. We never received any correspondence from the owners/operators. We will not be using this company again.
