Not at all happy with the installation process. Been waiting for a week to be installed. They denied my credit when although I know my credit is not the greatest, but there is nothing recently delinquent and it is not "no score" like they said. Possibly because I recently was married and changed my name. Regardless, we lost three days there..while we changed the unit into my husbands name. Set installation up for "first appointment of the day Thursday (today) and they called yesterday to do an install first thing in the morning. I set the installation up for a day that worked into my schedule and clearly that doesn't matter here. When I informed the office that I couldn't have it installed weds, that I had appointments already scheduled, office lady tells me that we will see if tomorrow will work!! So that brings us to today, my date of actual scheduled installation. They call me first thing in the morning and tell me that they won't be here until the afternoon, and possibly too late that I won't be able to now have it installed. When I informed the installer that I had set up first appointment of the day for a reason he told me that both of his appointments for the day were supposed to be first. Fantastic! So here now I feel like I got bumped from the time slot I requested because I didn't drop everything and run home yesterday when they decided they wanted to install. Clearly the customer doesn't have other engagements to work around, right. I'm incredibly unhappy that they didn't honor the time frame and day I had set up. Very unprofessional. I will update to let you know how long it actually takes to get my unit installation

Watch them. They charge for salt delivery that was never delivered.
