I wouldn t recommend doing business with this Verizon reseller. They don't tell the truth and they act unprofessionally. The owner told me I was eligible for a device upgrade, but actually I still had a couple months on my current contract. A month later I noticed I had been charged $80 for an early contract termination. I called, stopped by the store numerous times, but they kept giving me the run around. I never got this issue resolved. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go to the corporate verizon store on miller road.
