These are some low down dirty people put break pads and rotors on my truck then told me my wheel bearing was bad that they "fixed a couple months ago DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

They are awesome. Great service and prices on brakes. I only go here. They are fast and friendly and you are in and out.

Replaced the rack (no warranty) because having issues with power steering. Fixed the issue for a couple weeks then issue started again. Took it back and it was the power steering pump (1 yr warranty). Couple of weeks later took it to a different shop to have the same issue checked and said pump was bad and take it back to Better Buy. Better Buy was adamant it was not the pump but the rack. Took it to a third place and they were absolutely sure it was the pump. Said if it was the rack, it wouldn't be making the sound it was and line was leaking onto the rack, but it was the pump and if Better Buy had a problem, they could call him. Better Buy flat out refused to believe any other shop or honor the warranty. Also when they replaced the rack, they didn't do an alignment or even tell me so now tie rods are bad. Fought with them to find out where they purchased the part so could get the warrantied part and have another shop fix it. Refused to tell until threatened to report them to the BBB.

Had right upper and lower ball joint, idle arm and pitmaan arm done. Steering wheel turned. Took truck back was told this happened because I brought cheap part. Talked to another mechanic who said this is B.S.if and when. I solve this problem I will never go back

The service there is horrible they are rude especially KEVIN the so called manager. I took my car in for a tune up and not even a week later after i took the car back to them and told them they didn't tighten up a spark plug i'm on the expressway in a snowstorm and guess what a spark plug popped out. DO NOT GO TO THEM
