Their website states "Finding parts can be challenging, let us look up your part in our interchange/cross reference software and we can find vehicles for you to pull your parts from in seconds" BS I called TWICE and got conflicting answers each time. Said they don't keep track of anything. Refused to let me speak to a manager/owner. Said I have to drive all that way to see if they have what I need. I am not driving 45 minutes for a maybe. I called several other places and they actually keep track of everything they have and can and will tell me if they have my part.

Jacked their entrance fee to $2. and they dont even list their inventory. So drive a ways and spend $2 to find out they dont have anything. Their prices aren't great either - can usually find nicer stuff on ebay cheaper.

Asked for quote over internet, didn't get an answer. Wife called received quote of $150 to sell car. 2 days after I sold them the vehicle I was quoted $200 through email. I called to ask what was going on... Answer "it sometimes just gets crazy around here" Nice. Thanks for screwing me out of $50.
