We have nothing but praise to offer the folks here. Somehow I accidentally booked a room on the wrong night and obviously didn't show. The manager worked with me and made sure t g at I was not charged for being a "no show". Their location is right by the freeway and conveniently placed near a lot of restaurants and stores.

Beds lumpy, backaches in the morning, out of breakfast foods bread eggs. When talked to management they weren't to concerned making me think they deal with this every day.

Do NOT recommend

We were not informed when we made the reservation that they were remodeling. When we arrived the pool, spa and fitness center were all down. My husband was told by someone at the front desk that we could use the neighboring hotels pool. When I inquired, I was told she had never heard of that. I had to persistently question her until she finally said she would call and find out. The front office person was not service oriented and her attitude was more like we were inconveniencing THEM by staying at their hotel! The rooms were not clean at all and when we complained, we were told "We can't be expected to keep them clean during renovations! So basically we were expected to pay full price for terrible service, dirty rooms and no promised amenities. Never again!
