I hired this firm to perform a repair at my home. The repair was not effectively done, the repair made the problem worse by one of his attempts (wired something backward according to another company), I was charged over $600 for a $200 part, the owner had many excuses and lies (either a lie or he was ignorant about what he was saying), but their firm never fixed the problem. My cost was several thousand dollars.

Our pilot light on our water heater wouldn't stay ignited. Mountain High said we needed a new water heater. They charged us $100 for 10 minutes. We called a second company. They knew right away what the problem was and replaced the thermocouple, spent an hour and charged $80 - parts and all. Mountain High had no idea of what part or even how to solve our problem, but they were sure quick to charge us. I'd never use them again.

Any way more than 5 stars are available? We drove up from Phoenix to our second home in Flagstaff to enjoy a nice and relaxing weekend away from the heat. Upon arrival, we turned out water on to find that we had several leaks in our plumbing system. We called Mountain High Plumbing at 9:30 at night and they rushed right out to make the repairs and we had water without leaks in a little over an hour . We also noticed our furnace was not turning on, so the technician lit the pilot so we could warm the house up a little. I will be recommending Mountain High Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors. If only I could find a plumber as good as Mountain High in Phoenix

After getting an initial estimate with another plumber in town (they told us that the "economy package" would cost $1900), we decided to call around and see if we couldn't find a better price. We found Mountain High Plumbing, and we were so glad that we did! Kelly (the plumber they sent) was efficient, polite, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! A+++ service with these guys and they helped us save $1500! We will definitely be calling for all of our future plumbing needs!

Called on a Thursday to see if someone could come out for an estimate. Was told someone would call me back on Friday. Nobody called. I called on Monday, and they had lost my info. Set up an apt for Tuesday between 2-4. Nobody showed up. I called them at 4:30 and was told they were "slammed with emergencies" all day, and could they come tomorrow? Would have been nice if someone had actually called me to let me know they were running behind or couldn't make it at all. Completely unprofessional.

I just want to be sure everyone is aware Mountain High Plumbing will charge customers $95 (one hour minimum) just to assess a problem and provide an on-site estimate, even if they do not actually make any repairs. Their estimate was extremely high which is why I ultimately went with the recommendation of another reputable plumber who charged me 3 times less than Mountain High Plumbing's minimum estimate. Plumbers are expensive, yes, but don't hesitate to opt for a second opinion if you feel Mountain High Plumbing's estimate is too high.

I called a plumber in Flagstaff out for my tub leaking he told me I kid you not a low end bid of $13,000. and a high end of $16,000. I called Mountain High to get a second opinion and Jim came out he gave me a bid of $600. to do the job came and did it the next week and did an amazing job!!!! They saved me a ton of money I'm so glad I didn't trust the first plumber a honest plumber is hard to find and now I am so happy i have found one!!!!!!

My heater won't come on... I called for off-hours emergency service and I'm SOSO glad Jim called me back to let me know he doesn't have a heater guy in town this weekend. Now I can move down the list...NEXT!

This company did a great job fast friendly and professional

I had a heater that was 25 years old and went out. Mountain High came out gave me a very reasonable quote, I had two others and both were allot higher. I set up the appointment with mountain High and had it installed and up in running with in a couple days. Steve was fast efficient and professional the price was fair as well. They have earned a customer for life!!

I had an emergence my tub faucet was spraying water and would not turn off. I Called Mountain High Plumbing they were fast at responding and took care of my need right away.

I had the plumbers out to look at my hose bib and I didn't want to cut the wall to replace it so they said I could replace the washer but it might not hold. I had them replace the washer and a month later it was leaking again I called them back and they came and replaced the hose bib and gave me a break on the labor from the first call I have not had a problem since. I appreciate them working with me and being understanding.

We have a second home in Flagstaff and came up for the weekend to find a water leak when we turned the water on. Frustrated and worried we would have to pack up and go home, we called Mountain High Plumbing and they took care of our water leak within 30 minutes from my phone call. We were able to enjoy the rest of our weekend thanks to them. If it was only this easy to find a good plumbing company like them in Phoenix where we live. We will definately use them again.

The guys did a great job! They came out in a timely manner got the job done and the cost was low! I Highly recommend them.

I have a second home in Munds Park I came up to open my cabin for the summer and found I had several leaks. I asked my neighbor who I should call, they said I should use Mountain High Plumbing they were very good. I called Mountain High and they were able to fit me in the same day so I dint have to go back to Phoenix. They fixed several leaks and did a great job of cleaning up after them self. The price was very reasonable. I also recommended them to my friend and she loved them as well !!!

I called this company at 1 in the morning because a pipe burst in my basement. Even in the early hours of the morning the plumber was there with in 20 minuets and was so nice even though I woke him up. He had the pipe fixed in no time and even helped my with getting a restoration company to do the clean up. They were wonderful and I will tell everyone I know to use them they were the best!!!!
