This place is a terrible place to live. They only care about taking all of your money. The owner Sandy cares more about her dog than the people living there. Everything there is cheap crap that break so easily but take 3 weeks to get fixed. You might as well fix it yourself, because good luck trying to get someone else to do it. Oh and if you are looking at getting your deposit back, don't bother. They charge you for anything possible to where you owe them money. This place is such a joke. Her helper at the front desk wasn't much help at all. She was so stupid, and could never answer any questions we had. I HIGHLY recommend NEVER living here. They will take all of your money, and charge you for random things. When you ask them why they are charging you, they can't even give a reason. What a waste of time living there is. It was just awful.

Be careful; these people are conniving and uncaring. They will milk you for every penny - take the lease to a lawyer to make sure you know what you're getting into!!

Very very bad experience moving in. Apt was not ready at all, and they didn't bother to tell me until I arrived (after driving 2500 miles to get there!!!!). And this was after the front office staff pressured me into moving out there 3 weeks early and making me pay to overnight my paperwork & deposit to hold the apartment! I had to lobby very hard to get a measly $100 compensation to clean and prepare the apartment myself. (And the lease clearly stated that I'd paid a $250 non-refundable "cleaning fee"!!!)

The maintenance staff is great - but way overworked & underpaid. For example, I had to wait a month to get someone to look at my oven/stove/broiler, and had to write 4 maintenace requests to get the cover placed back on my chimney.

Upon paying all expenses (so I thought) to break my lease, I found out a couple months later they'd reported me to the credit agency for not paying BACK the "cleaning fee" compensation they'd given me!

This place is a money-grabbing business, not a nice place to live.
