Had a wonderful experience. Answered all my questions and did the job in a timely manner. I called them out for a sewage backup. They fixed the issue and showed me on their camera what the problem was. Very helpful!

A job well done, replaced my boiler very quickly and had no problems. I am very pleased with their effort.

They are the worst. They came to my house through Unitil to give me a quote on converting to gas. My furnace is only two years old and I have never had any issues with it. Hours after they left my house, my furnace began leaking. It has been leaking 20+ gallons of hot water every single day. They refuse to take responsibility for the issue. They keep telling me that they didn't touch anything, however, there were ZERO issues with my almost new furnace prior to them coming. When they came back out with Unitil to see the furnace, they told me it would cost $800-$1,000 to fix the problem.They have called me a number of times to give me motherly advice on what my next steps should be so I guess that is better than fixing the problem they caused..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

I had O G Croteau come out and service all of my 3 boilers which cost me almost $450, about a week later the boiler went down and instead of warranteeing their work and taking care of it...they charged me $135 to get it back up and working. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Horrible customer service and you'll pay through the nose. I never had any problems with my boilers...however, a week after they are serviced part begins leaving and puts out the pilot....I guess they know how to ensure that the money keeps coming in when other parts OUT OF NOWHERE begin to malfunction. I would be interested n how many other people this has happened to. They are a joke and too expensive to be this unreliale!

I called them out to unclog a drain. They couldn't get the clog out so instead told me there was no clog and proceeded to charge my credit card without my permission. I had to call out a second company, which quickly found the simple clog and fixed the problem. Do not use this company, they are incompetent and dishonest.
