Great staff and great service!

Awesome.....Ed and Chris rock They are always there to help me. I have 2008 Hummer H2 and they are able to get me back on the road feeling good and safe. I will always bring my vehicle to these guys. I have tried other services and am always left saying; " Should have brought it back to Colonial west". Thank you Colonial West. Keep up the good work. On a personal note...Ask Ed about his old Chevy pick up out back.

The staff at Colonial West Chevrolet is absolutely amazing and they all make you feel so welcomed while you are there. Ivy helped my boyfriend and I get a car quick and easy at the price we wanted all while we were having a truck serviced through them! We cant thank Jeff and Ivy enough for finding us the car we wanted at the price we wanted, not to mention how pain free the process was. Ivy made the process enjoyable for us and went out of her way to make us feel "at home" while we were there. The service department did a great job on our truck (as always) and the finance department got everything squared away for us!! I am so happy to have purchased a car through Colonial West and I can honestly say I feel very comfortable knowing that they will take care of us! I have never had a car buying experience like this. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. I was given space to look around at my leisure instead of being bombarded like other dealerships. When I was ready for assistance Internet Manager Ivy Shomphe was there to field all of my questions. She was the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. She knew exactly what i was looking for and went out of her way to make sure that I was 110% satisfied with my new truck. I have never walked out of a dealership with a bigger smile on my face. I can not say enough about my recent car buying experience at Colonial West! The customer service provided by Ivy Shomphe was excellent. She was so friendly, very knowledgable and extremely patient through the whole process! She definately goes above and beyond and I would definately purchase another car at Colonial West!

Professional & service orientated dealer! Ivy & Gino worked very hard to complete this purchase! There patience was/were incredible. Service had a difficult job to preform also make the purchase happen,which they did with excellence!

I was referred to Colonial West by my uncle who had already purchased several cars there. He told me he called and that Ivy would be taking care of me. When I got there, I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I knew what I liked about certain cars. Ivy had me drive numerous vehicles, even offering to get another vehicle transferred over so that I could drive it. After 2 more trips there, I finally purchased the car that Ivy recommended all along. She worked with me to help me find a new car that was a perfect fit for me and she did a phenomenal job. She worked to get the cost down to something I could afford and payments I could manage. She was patient, kind, and never pushy as some sales people are. My second trip there I also worked with Benny, and it was with him that I finally signed all the paperwork to take my car. He also went above and beyond to be sure that I was happy and that my car was perfect before I drove away. I love my new Captiva and it is a perfect fit for me! I would recommend Colonial West to anyone looking for a new car. They were wonderful and really take the time to be sure you're happy and getting what you want and need.

The best place to purchase a car!! Ivy, Geno, and Jose were awesome to work with...the service team was guick and i have had no issues with my new car! I will go back to buy another one with them..it took no time at all with no issues...

Colonial West has the absolute BEST Service Department I have ever experienced.

Here is an example: I got into my truck yesterday morning and a light came on the dashboard that did not look good, so on my way to work I stopped into Colonial West and Edson (not sure if I have his name correct) was so helpful and accomodating. He was able to get my truck in the same day for service AND got me to work!!

I am so thankful there are still people out there who care about giving good service!!!

The saleslady I worked with was Kendra Dickinson and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle I test drove. They entire team there seems to care about the customer and believe it or not 'customer service' isn't dead at Colonial West.
