Delicious. The only downside is that because everything is so good, it gets very busy so call early for a reservation. The sushi and the soba are delicious.

Just super sushi + !Having been out for sushi countless times in major cities across the US and abroad... Kaizen is just as good--if not better than 90% of them.Wait Staff--professional and on top of their game--even in the midst of a packed house on Friday & Sat. nights.As to atmosphere, I tend not to notice the decor at Kaizen because it is always bustling. Presentation of food -- Gorgeous.Quality excellent.I rarely order cooked entrees at the Japanese restaurants I go to--however--I decided on the salmon filet last visit and must say it was one of the best I've had at any restaurant--period. Served on a small bed of sauteed garlic spinach with a light touch of a dijonaise sauce. Really tasty.The sweet soy (tamari?) glaze as a a flourished garnish/squirt was unnecessary. Though I imagine that some might love it, it was too sweet for me.Sublime Raw Fish.Kaizen is my new favorite restaurant in South Central Massachusetts.

Fabulous sushi and very nice atmosphere. I was thrilled to find a sushi bar in the local area and even more thrilled once I gave it a try and found it to be very good. I definately reccomend this restraunt and the scorpion bowls are to die for!!
