this post review is 12 years old. I have reported it numerous times. I have stated that the customer wanted a pendulum. I asked if the clock worked, he said the clock was OK. I did not do any repair to the clock and took his word for the fact that the clock worked or didn't. without the pendulum neither he nor I could say the clock worked. I made his pendulum, and the clock did not work. prompting the customer to post this lie about my work. now having complained about this lie that Yellow pages continues to post, I once again want to ask that you look at the slanderous post that you continue to perpetrate be removed once and for all. I inquired to see if Watchpital could make a simple repair to the pendulum and reset the chimes on a valuable antique clock. Prior to the pendulum breaking, the clock had been running perfectly for two years. The owner said he had experience repairing "many" of these clocks. When I got the clock back a week later, it would run for only a few minutes and then stop. We called to explain the problem, and the owner became irritated and started making excuses that the clock is not really a working timepiece. Now, I am out $135 and my clock is messed up.
