awesome windows at a fraction of the cost of brand new windows. Guys were able to flexible with scheduling.

We had a dozen casement windows that needed repair. Mostly wood-rot, some sills, some fogged glass. Glass Guru was the lowest cost bidder. The inspection, quote and sale were accomplished in one visit, which was convenient. The explanation of the work was understandable. A portion of the work was completed off-site but carpentry was done on-site. The finished job meets our expectations. The crew (3 men to start; then 2 men later) was on-time, courteous, diligent and cleaned-up the debris. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks from sale to installation. Work was delayed, however, when a technician became ill. After waiting a couple of weeks longer, the start date was moved back a day due to heavy rain. The crew worked a long day (day 1); but was pulled for another customer on day 2. It took 2 more days to complete the job. I'm happy with the choice we made. I understand that schedules are not always met; just wish we had not experienced the delays. Since the original work was completed, 2 additional windows have developed fogging. Glass Guru will replace those.

Glass guru is a very nice company to work with they did my job in a timely manner and cleaned up very good.i would recommend this company.
