We took our rug (runner) into Starcrest approximately 4 weeks ago and at that time we were told it would only take about 2 weeks to get it back. I went back after 2 weeks and it had not even been started on by the company. I was told they would call when it was done. I called today the 3rd of December and I was told it was not done by the person who answered the phone. I was further told the manager said "it was promised to us on the 7th of December. This was not what we were told at all. This rug was taken in 2 weeks before the week of Thanksgiving, we went back the week of Thanksgiving and it had not even been started on by the company - this was week 3. It is now December 3 Thursday and another week has gone by. We are now told it was promised to us on the 7th of December. The company should have called us to let us know that instead of leading the customer on. The only people making the calls and going to the company was the customer. This was just a bad experience.
