I received my receiver in a box with 4 in space around the rec. with no packing protectorant whatsoever. It had banged around in thebox(14x20x14) its entire transport. The power came on when plugged in,just hope it works. Why no protective foam or wrap?

Worst place ever. I received my tv. Bad part is there was no power cord, no manual, no remote control. You guys are doing a super job. Not.

The representative here attempted to help me, when UPS failed to deliver at the specified time and returned, canceling the order. The BB customer service rep was very unhelpful, lying that she does not even know the phone number or e-mail of this distribution center where the product was being shipped back. Searching Google for 2min and I was easily able to find it. The customer phone representative at BB was one of the worst I've interacted, making me feel like I or my family to never EVER want to purchase anything from BB. However, representative at THIS distribution center heard my complaint, and attempted to help me out, which made me feel little better. Even if catching this product being return fails and unable to ship it back to me, I feel little more comfortable to purchase something from BB again after her help at the distribution center.
