We waited over an hour for a cold pizza. Refills? Not hardly! When our second pizza arrived we still had no plates or silverware. We asked to speak to a manager & he never made it right. He kept sending the poor high school girl to handle us, pathetic service & management! We left our untouched pizzas on the table & walked out hungry. Don't waste your time on this place! How is this place still open?

I went here today with my Dad and the food was excellent. The employess could have been dressed better but other than that the food was amazing. I will definitely come back!!

Wouldn't let me give no stars! Horrible! Messed up our order and they wouldn't give us our money back! Only a credit after fighting with managers who didn't care at all! They were rude and unapologetic. Will never go back! I've never wrote a review or have even called to complain before this was my first time and I'm very disappointed.

Terrible. Ordered two pizzas, Specifically ordered crispy crust and got nothing but dough. Manager was not typically helpful in the fact that he did not want to replace pizzas and wanted us to come and pick them up!. We initially ordered delivery, so they should be delivered again if not satisfactory the first time. Kept wanting to know if we ate ANY at all, which we didn't (tore off a tiny piece of crust to see if crispy). They did replace pizzas, which were a little crispy but cheese and toppings were cheap (tasted like melted American cheese almost). Imo's is a LOT better, crispy crust when requested and cheese and toppings are way better quality. Will not be ordering from Cecil Whittaker's again.

You can in no way shape or form beat these prices. They have this guy that delivers seemingly everyday in his station wagon and I gotta say he is about the best delivery guy that the area has to offer including other pizza places. The entire staff are all friendly. If you are looking for a place to eat with attractive waitresses , this is also the place you want. I have never seen anyone waiting tables there that was not really attractive.

Got wings and pizza at cwp for new years party, food was a hit! Like always best prices in town! My husband just told me they have gluten free pizza, which is great for my sister in law. Thanks again cwp. Katie

Our family eats at Cecils all the time and we love it! Now they serve glueten free pizzas, which is a big deal for my husband.

Service is always slow, delivery is always wrong or missing items in order and 8 dollars for a sandwich comes with no sides

Best pizza & wings in town!! Our family of five ate there for 31 bucks, and then took food home and ate for lunch the next day!

Very good food! We eat there multiple x's a week... wings OMG a must try!!!

Do not go there!! WE ordered a pizza to be delivered, it took two hours to get here and was cold. Called to complain and treated with disrespect and offered no retribution!!! Went up to business the next day to talk with owner who was unhelpful and basically stated he did not care!!!!
