McKellips was the best option when it came to choosing a Heating and Cooling company for all new HVAC for my house downtown Grand Haven originally built in 1920. In order to add a complete second story of living space, Steve had the best plan to work with my existing old house and avoid adding bulk heads (many other companies wanted to put a bulk head in my kitchen or expensive mini-splits on the upper level). Steve's crew also custom built my duct work to keep as much head room in the basement as possible. Install of furnace and air conditioning was perfect. Tracey helped me apply for the maximum rebates possible and we just received the final inspection today. I highly recommend McKellips for all Heating and Cooling needs.
