Tom is a jerk! We have been going there for two years now and thought we had a good mechanic finally. His employees are great - Tom is NOT. I spent almost a $1,000 on one of our cars about 2 weeks ago, went in today and asked for air, and Tom told me to go across the street, they have air too. This is NOT the way to treat customers. He just lost all of our future business and said he didn't care. Well - this a small town and word travels fast. I will find someone who DOES care and appreciates customers. Evidently Tom doesn't need anymore and can afford to lose those he does have, must be nice in this economy. There ARE others out there that DO need the business!!! Stay away from Auto Doc's - find someone else!!!!
