I met Walter Banny, owner of Bannys Tile Services, last year just after I purchased another rental property in Bellingham. Initially, I thought his company only specialized in Tile installation etc. I quickly learned his company has experience not only in tile but almost all areas of construction and home repair. I used his company to completely paint my 5 bedroom 3 bath rental property. The paint job was done professionally and at a reasonable price. I also used them to install tile and vinyl in the kitchen/ baths as well help with some other mechanical repairs. Later on in the year, their company removed and installed new gutters on my property. I also used them to repair my chimney and cut overhanging trees. I have used them for many jobs and have come to know Walter very well. One main thing that is very important to me in my real estate business is trust. I trust Walter and have come to rely on him to promptly respond to my requests, provide a fair price and see that the job get finished on time. He is a professional and decent human being. I provide this recommendation without reservations.
