My family and I were looking for a New Year's Day brunch location. Dino's seemed perfect. When we arrived, they were busy but upon closer examination it appeared they were lightly staffed. ONE employee was checking in people and bussing tables. Even though we expected a wait ( we were told 20 minutes). 40 minutes later we finally partially bussed our own table after seeing an open table sitting there for 10 minutes. They simply didn't have any staff. After sitting down and ordering our meals, we never saw our waitress until 20 minutes after 4 of our 5 meals came out. They explained they simply forgot to make the fifth order. As I was off to try and find a manager to voice my concerns another person in our party had to send their plate back because it was only partially cooked. After finally getting the managers attention I was told I shouldn't be upset and the fact that I was , was causing the manager to get angry at me. All and all the worst 100.00 I have spent in awhile. Should have went to one of the many other places in ferndale to eat. Maybe they would appreciate the business.

visited this place to see the Reefermen during the Ferndale Blues Fest (on the last Saturday) because we were told it was a cool place. It was anything but! Cramped, overcrowded, only 2 bartenders (the female had a horribly negative attitude. We had anticipated larger crowds, but they clearly had no plan for the overwhelming crowd of rude drunk patrons. Do all middle aged adults get totally "buttered" and come to this place? I'm quite sure a fire ordinance must have been violated in regards to capacity. What a freakin' nightmare this place was. It was our first, and will be our only visit to this place. The patrons, the staff, had zero class. An exceedingly unpleasant experience. There are plenty of nice places in Ferndale in which to experience an enjoyable evening..this was clearly not one of them.

Went there last night to see the Sunmessengers. This is one of the best places I've ever been. The food was remarkable, service was incredible, and the atmosphere can't be beat. A big thank you to the whole gang there who made our night out a memorable one.
