I highly recommend Metro Heating and Cooling!! My AC recently broke down. I called and spoke with Shanna B. Her kindness and understanding of my specific situation was just awesome! I felt like she really cared. :-) She had someone out to my house less than 24 hours later. Jeff V. was there waiting for me when I got off work. He was super knowledgeable and courteous, and had everything up and running within 30 min. It was an all around wonderful experience!!!!! Thank you so much!! ~Katherine F.
