Provided by YPmobileI've heard that this location used to be questionable, but these days, its on point! I like to go in on Thursday or Friday and its always so friendly, great service, great food! I would definitely recommend this location!!!

Provided by YPmobileWaited for 25 min. to get food that was so over cooked you couldn't even it. Then when I went to pay bill the manager ask how everything was ? So i told him about it he just check us out at full price & did nothing about it. Will never go back to Fenton Mo. IHop

Provided by YP.comMy husband wanted to go to I-Hop this morning for his Birthday Breakfast. We drive 35 miles just to go there. Get there were seated very quickly, then every thing went down hill from there. He ordered his usual Country Omelet with harvest grain and nut pancakes w/ blueberry topping. I order the Rooty tooty fresh and fruity ultimate breakfast with harvest grain and nut pancakes with blueberry topping. So finally getting our food, the forgot the bacon and sausage on my platter I had to ask for it, then the pancakes were blueberry pancakes which we didnt order when i ask the waitress about it, she responded "well, they dont put blueberries on top if they put blueberries in the pancakes" then walked away. We did not get Harvest grain and nut pancakes with blueberry topping, Our meals were 8.99 and 7.99, we did not eat the pancakes we did not order and did complain. We also got one coffee and one hot chocolate. For our complaint they adjusted our bill, we only paid 19.75 for our meal....I think I will never return to I-Hop again. It been 4 hours and I am still mad about the whole experience!

Provided by YP.comMy cell phone fell out of my coat pocket while at dinner at IHOP-Gravois Bluffs with my grandson. I didn't realize my phone was gone until the following morning. My grandson didn't want to go with me to each place we'd been to the night before in search of my cell phone, so I took him home. His mother, my daughter in law, said that IHOP had called & they had my phone. I went directly from there to IHOP. Nobody there could find my cell phone. It seemingly vanished into thin air. It is a $250 phone. The manager, DONNA, who had had the phone in her hands now has no clue. So, don't ever think for one minute that IHOP's promise to be supportive of the community & its citizens is anywhere near true. I will never eat there or at any other IHOP again. The people who work there are not honest or trustworthy. To have had my cell phone & then not have my cell phone is straight up stealing.

Provided by YP.comI have been to a few IHops. This one is the nicest so far. The service was excellent! Jamie, the server does a wonderful job and is very friendly too. Donna, the manager?, was very friendly too. Thanks Fenton IHop for a nice dining experience. My mom can be a little different and they handled everything in stride & with a smile.
