Steve Henry, the owner, measured out for a new laminate countertop, replacing my old one. He miss measured on both sides of my stove, leaving gaps between both sides. He came back out a month after my complaint, admitted his mistake in measurements refusing to remake both sides of the countertop to my stove. He also told me because I wanted a water drip edge, I could not have a square back splash. That also is not true. I can have both together, according to other manufactures. I would not recommend Cci as they will not correct their mistakes. When I complained to my credit card company he lied to them telling them all I wanted was a new countertop as I did like the color of this one. That was totally a lie. That was not my complaint, He tried to blame the installer on the measurements, when Steve did the measurements, not the installer.
