Paul was so helpful on the phone that I asked him to clear out my partially blocked sewer line. I forgot the name of the tech he sent, but he was very efficient and friendly. He easily cleared the sewer after another company was unsuccessful, when they broke their router cutter and refused to go in again to fix it. Instead, they tried to sell me a $1200 pressure cleaning and a $5500 excavation to switch the cast iron pipe to pvc. I strongly recommend John's Plumbing and would definitely use them again.

Just spoke with Paul on the phone and was VERY helpful and is very knowledgeable and knows what he’s talking about!! Highly recommend him to help you as well. Gave me some great ideas without even seeing my home from just my description. I’m an Engineer and it was more than obvious that he knows the business well and was kind enough to help me out. Will use them in the future for certain!!
