The facilities decor is pleasant but the care is substandard. My loved one is left on bedpan for extended amounts of time. Is not cleaned properly after bowl movements. Personal care is lacking.Call buttons are all but ignored.She has been here for only two weeks and we are moving her out of this facility in two days. Staff is pleasant enough but staff ratio to patient is ridiculous....16 to 1. If you place your loved one here, be prepared to spend extended amounts of time here to provide and advocate their care.
