The 2 other reviews were pretty bad and I was nervous but this company came highly recommended by another repair service we have used since 1976. I set up an appointment and he came out the next day. He was respectful, friendly and willing to come out the next day with a new disposal. The price was very fair. It's just him and his helper, so he has little to no overhead. I was very pleased with the service I received.

This guy should be ashamed of himself. He hires young guys to carry water heaters and help with installation... While paying them practically nothing...I over heard him swearing at and treating one young man very poorly. This guy needs to retire...he can barely do any of the work himself...and needs a lesson in how to treat people. Don't waste your time with this nut job.

Don't waste your time with this outfit. I was referred to them by my home appliance insurance company. My hot water heater was out on friday and they did not return my calls. When I did get a hold of them they said they couldn't get to me until Monday. You want to go an entire weekend without hot water! This is a one man operation and not capable of taking care of your problems. I would give them a less than one star rating if I could. A one man operation should not be associated with a home appliance insurance company if they cannot service the account.
