i called them and got a numerous amount of self praise "they were the best in holland" " a perfect reputation" I made an appt to have a estimate for saturday after 3PM. Waited until 8:30 Sat nite and then called them. They did not answer the phone but 10 sec later they called me. Asked "who is this, I asked who is this she said my number was on their caller ID I said yes I called a few seconds ago why didint you answer the call she said very rudely WHO IS THIS? I told her who I was and that I had just waited 5 hours for them. She said maybe her husband was there eailer I said why didnt he leave a note of a message and hung up. She called back and left a message that said "We didnt want to do your roof anyway dont call my house and be an idiot.
