Horrible experience. I reserved 4 helpers for 2 hours. Owner confirmed my reservation. But on the day of the move, only 2 helpers showed up. They were late -- when this was mentioned to the owner, he said implied it was normal because everyone is late to work sometimes, but in looking at some of the other reviews, this company shows up late more than just sometimes. The helpers kept saying they were moving things they were told not to move -- but no one had told them that. The owner said he would refund half of what I paid, up front, since it was his fault there were only 2 helpers. Four weeks later, several calls and texts later, I still haven't received the refund. The owner tried to claim that I couldn't find it in my mail -- uh, what?? He complained about a one-star review I left on movinghelp.com, but later said my review didn't matter because it was just 1 of 100. So if it didn't matter, why was he complaining about it? He went on, during our last conversation to say, the situation was "retarded" then cursed at me with the "F" word. I have submitted a BBB complaint against this company. I informed the owner that I was going to do that and he said he didn't care about the BBB (look it up, even with out my complaint, this company has only a B- on the BBB website. That is terrible). This company is just too much of a headache to hire.

B.A.M.M. Movers moved our belongings to a storage unit on April 19, 2018 and did a fantastic job. JJ & Dave were very courteous, hard-working, and careful with our stuff. They showed up on time, assessed the situation and got to work. We were totally satisfied and would hire this company again.

Very fast moved everthing safely load and unload truck in no time will use again

I hired this moving company for my three bedroom apartment move from Florence, Kentucky to Mason, Ohio. The day of the move, I was supposed to get a call at 8:30 am to let me know what time my helpers were anticipated to arrive. I called Mike, the owner, at 8:50 to inquire about my appointment and was told that if I was going to complain about time, after he told me my movers would be 45 minutes late, that I could move myself. The movers never showed after that. I called Mike three more times to follow up and left two messages. I would never recommend this company -- their level of professionalism, integrity, and respect is incredibly lacking!

I was trying to move a piano and I was told by BAMM Moving and Cleaning that I would need 3 men to move it. So I paid for 3 men, but only two men showed up to move it. I contacted the owner Mike and he said he would issue a refund. After two months of trying to get the refund and him saying it was "in the mail", I know I will never get it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

We used you Sunday for our move from south Louisville to Mt. Washington KY. Sean and Mike were our helpers. I can't begin to tell you how fantastic they both were. They were prompt, courteous, and they worked incredibly hard all day without a single complaint or murmer. They took great care with all our belongings and not a single scratch, dent, chip or scrape to either our belongings, the apartment we moved from or the house we moved in to. We will be recommending them to everyone we know who will be moving. Thank you so much.

B.A.M.M Moved my 5 bedroom house from Clarksville, OH to Chillicothe, Ohio in less then 6 hrs. There was nothing broken, scratched or dented and there was nothing missing. They guys that moved me were very polite and friendly. I would most defiantly us them again and would recommend them!
