I moved in because of their features. However the pool and hot tub were always broke throughout the year I lived there. The landlord does not leave the office open to utilize these in the evenings. If the office was in need of repairs it would take a lengthy amount of time to repair. When requesting work orders it would take them a long time as well. When tenants have many questions to be answered; they office assistants ask to schedule an appointment! Due to them not having time. There was a time I paid my rent (of course on time). They lost my payment and was sending me threatening letters to vacate the property. It was their mistake to begin with! I would never recommend this apartment to no one.
