This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. A couple of friends and I decided to get some dessert at Shari's. We ordered a brownie, which came with ice cream and whipped cream. When the waitress brought the dessert to the table there was so much whipped cream and ice cream that you couldn't see the brownie. I took a bite and realized that it wasn't a brownie but chocolate cake, which I hate, covered with ice cream. When we complained to the waitress she said it was a brownie and there is nothing she can do about it. We asked for the Supervisor who came to our table and immediately was rude to us.The Supervisor at first accused me of eating most of the dessert before she got to the table, but I hadn't and the one bite I had was awful. We told her we didn't want to pay because it was not a brownie. The Supervisor started screaming at us saying "Don't threaten me, your going to pay or I'm calling the Police on you." We paid and left. I recorded the incident.
