All I have to say is I used the store for years, I went in two weeks ago and asked them to service my pool filter and they asked me to wait two weeks for them to come out and I gladly set the appointment. two weeks went by and I called, to find out they wanted me to wait another two weeks because of rain. TO FIX MY FILTER! Cant fix a filter in the rain. They told me they were backed up. I will Never step foot in the store again. All I needed was a Call that they were behind instead of finding out for myself.
