RUN do not walk away from this place!



Save yourself - I should have read the reviews - I didn’t, YOU still have time!



Worse customer service ever, is an understatement.



You may be drawn there by the prices but do yourself a favor and (REALLY) compare to Home Depot or Lowes.



The difference in prices are negligible but (God forbid), if you have a problem, you are “SOL” with the PA Home Store; whereas Home Depot and Lowes will take anything back - with a smile.



Plus, the PA Home Store only inventory’s what you see on the floor, they may tell you it’s in stock but it isn’t!



And 4 weeks AFTER you’ve paid for your purchase and still do not have it they’ll make excuses about the “Vendor” losing the order!



Heed the advice of others and myself who have been held captive WAITING on parts to arrive!

I was the contractor installing kitchen cabinets for a couple who decided to purchase from here. After a couole mix ups, doors being defective, and some extra trim that was needed, I had to get in touch with this store and place the order to get the job done. I was told they would be in touch as soon as it there from numerous people who work there, being that i adjusted the order a couple times. 1 week is what i was told, gave them a week and a half didnt hear back, so i called and was told "Liz" would call me back. That never happened. Another 6 days go by and i call again to get Liz on the phone, and Im told "my orders there!" With a tone in her voice like I'm suppose to know this. So she starts to go over whats there and did not mention the molding that i had ordered, then tells me that the cabinet company doesnt make that kind of molding! And she was he one that took my order 2 weeks prior without that being mentioned or anyone taking notice and calling to make the adjustment. It was very frustrating! I then adjusted the order to get a molding that they make and i could work with, to be told they'll call me when its all there..surprise! they never called again, only for me to call and see whats going on and find out its there. When I show up to pick everything up, check the order to make sure everything is right and the doors are damaged! The extra molding I order is a little smaller than i hoped, so me and Liz look into molding that would work and we find out that they can get the molding that i had initially ordered the with my first order!! Dumfounded! Sad to say the story doesnt end there, but i feel as though i've give enough info for you to base your decision as to whether you want this headache for yourself or not...Good luck if you decide to work with this company, because you will definitely need it!
