This complex is the worst. Horrible office help and the maintenance dept never fixes anything the proper way or on time.
Every month I am getting a court notice on my door cause I cannot pay my rent on time. I’ve made several calls and visits to the office to explain this and they always say it’s not a problem and they won’t file with the court but yet they do every month and I always get charged more.
The management staff says one thing and then they do the complete opposite.
I have to have the exterminator in my apartment every month because there is a bug problem.
The plumbing is outdated and always backing up so now the management company wants to charge us for them calling out a plumber.
They don’t shovel the snow when we have storms and they make the tenants put down the rock salt.

Colonial point is a awesome place to live quiet clean and everyone is friendly
