Needed a custom plaque, called in the morning, picked up in the afternoon, great and fast service, and high quality product

This was the worst experience ever they gave me the run around with my uniforms my uniforms were messed up it took forever to get my uniforms. The employees act like they are dumb and clueless and don't have much knowledge of products that they sell. This was my first long terrible and last experience with the trophy house/Clark's sporting goods. I will make sure I go back to East Coast designs in St. Paul's. I see that it's better to pay more sometimes.

Best of the best! I'm so glad I found this Trophy shop! Right when I enter their doors, I was astonished by all the variety of awards they had available! I was so nervous about finding the right one, but I was quickly helped by friendly employees, which got me the best trophy that I wanted! I was so pleased, and more please when I went to pay and it was incredibly cheaper than I expected! I highly recommend The trophy House, and I hope you check them out, too! Thanks, Trophy House!

I called to get a price for a basic trophy. Someone answers and says "hold on", another guy answers and says "hold on". Almost 10 minutes spent holding for nothing. You figure it would be easy to get a price for a trophy seeing that they are called The Trophy House. NOT!

Unlike what is written on their big sign outside, they don't monogram, they won't print on your shirt....they won't suggest where to get it done either. Waste of time.

The Trophy House has done a fantastic job on name tags, hats, shirts and many other things for our business. We also host a 5K Run every year and they are fantastic at getting us over 500 shirts in a very limited amount of time as well as runner plaques/trophies. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and quality that I have received at The Trophy House!
