My Orthodontist referred me to this clinic to see about getting a gum graft done on 2 of my anterior teeth. I arrived at my appointment and was charged $105.00 right away and was told that it would go towards my treatment cost. After about 30 minutes of waiting the Periodontist entered the room and simply told me that there is nothing that could be done for me. She also showed me that she had the same gum issues as me. Approximately 5 minutes later she said she would refer me elsewhere. I left the clinic and realized that I paid $105.00 just to be told I could not receive treatment. I called the office and said "I would like to speak to someone about a refund", immediately the receptionist put me on hold where I was left for 15+ minutes. (No apology for being on hold for so long). I believe it was an attempt to get me out of their hair or get me to hang up and forget the issue.................(see attached)
