Truly amazing customer service, fixed up my struggling vacuum on the spot for a very low price. Businesses like this are all too rare but I will refer everyone here, whether for repairs or new vacuum purchases. So impressed!

I took my Dyson to be repaired. The hose attachment had lost suction. The owner fixed it on the spot. Amazing customer service; very personable. Would highly recommend!

I arrived and explained what was wrong with my machine. The owner told me that if I wanted it back right away, he would fix my machine while I waited. He did! Fast and efficient. I'd expected to pay twice as much. Definately a bargain for the money. I got my machine fixed fast and a great price. Who could want more!



Absolutely a great place to do business. I was impressed.



This shop reminds me of the kind of customer service that I haven't seen since I was a kid. I'll be back.

The only problem I have encountered with Parrish's is that he goes to lunch at different hours during the day- making it very difficult to predict when to get there. My suggestion is to call first to see if he is there, but even then it may not work. My first visit he said he goes to lunch between 12 and 1- I live over 30 min away and I specifically told him I would be there before 12- I rushed to get there by 1140 and he was already gone to lunch- then the other day I went to pick up my product and after 1 thinking he would be there and nope- gone again till after 1:30- just be mindful of this in case you have a tight schedule or you are coming from a distance.

This is definitely the place to take your vacuum cleaner for any type of service! Extremely friendly, fequally knowledgeable and very fast and they don't try to sell you something you really don't need. I was very impressed and very happy and I will never take my vacuum anywhere else. Thank you, Parrishs Vacuum Center!
