The team from McKenzie Plumbing was outstanding in all aspects. My old water heater failed and I needed an emergency replacement. I called them at approx 1130 AM, and they were onsite by 1230 to survey my problem. They provided me with estimates for both a standard and a tank-less system without any pressure or bias one way or the other. I was planning to eventually upgrade to a tank-less system so I decided there was no time like the present... They took out the old system and had the new tank-less one installed that afternoon. The crew was professional and friendly, and I will definitely be using them again if I have any future plumbing needs or issues.
