I contacted Maynor Roofing for a small repair of a roof . The actual workmanship was adequate . The amount of time to do this estimated 2 day job has been 4 weeks with repeated calls to determine when they will be back to complete the work. Seems they do a little every other week without completion. I needed timeliness for a sale of this property, and this has put me behind significantly, as time is money. I would not recommend this company. They do not return calls and you are at their mercy as to the timeline for completion.

We had a pretty bad leak at our business, which is pretty tall two story commercial building. They did a nice job repairing it, but I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars because it took almost 2 weeks for them to actually come out and do the work. It was very rainy those weeks so I'm sure they were busy, but took a little longer than expected.I would use them again and recommend them.

After the tornado hit our house, every rooffing company I called wanted to charge me $200 for an esitmate and wouldnt be able to start for over a month. I called Maynor roofing and was greeted over the phone with an friendly and apologetic voice for all we were going through. She mentioned that they were busy and all crews were tied up (rightfully so, the tornado destroyed thoughsands of roofs) but she would try to get someone out ASAP...and no charge for an estimate. 45 minutes later, Brian, the owner, was at my door. He apologized that a crew couldnt show up but he was available to estimate. He gave a fair price and 2 days later I had a new roof, siding, door and anything else that was broken. The area was spotless when they left and it was as if they, or the tornado, was never there. 2 months later, my neighbors are still waiting for their roofers to start!Brian and the crews are the most professional people I have ever met. It gives hope that true small businesses are not dead.

The One Star is because I had to rate it in my opinion this company deserves 1/16 of a star.This company did not repair the roof properly and cause the water to continue to leak into the bedroom where the ceiling fell down and when I called Mr. Maynor, he said he would come out and never did. I had to pay for the roof to be repaired again and the cleanup of the mess from the leaky roof that Mr. Maynor was to have corrected and also the repair of the ceiling and painting for the bedroom where the mess took place. The saddest part was the room where the ceiling fell in my daughter was about to deliver my grandson and if the ceiling had fallen a couple of days later my grandson and daughter would have been injured very badly.Wood not hire or recommend this company. Sorry excuse for a prossional business.

they put new roof on my house, about four month's ago so far no problems, i would hire them again
