They we're an hour late, so that was the first thing. Now tgey did give us an our so that made it a little better. Second they didn't make sure all children were out of bouncy house before letting it down. The young man who worked for the company stated he thought all kids were out, because saw someone tell some kids to move. Please in the future make sure all kids are out before releasing.

This is a great party and equipment rental place! The service is great. They have the best selection of bounce houses and water slides in town! Ask them about their birthday party packages! They even have a train to rent too!
