I had the most amazing hair experience!!! I came down from New York for a wedding and made a last minute appointment for myself and three other ladies. The owner went above and beyond getting us an appointment. We were able to secure an appointment on a Saturday with one day notice. Cynthia & Rio came in before the salon opened to make it happen. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and we left the salon flawless. I'm coming back in the summer to visit my sister and will be scheduling a color appointment. I can't tell you enough THANK YOU!!!!!

Henrietta did an amazing job on my eyebrows. It has really boosted my self confidence. If you're thinking about microblading--do it, it has been a life changing experience.

Horrible experience!!! They chopped my hair up and when I called them out on it they would not admit wrong doing. They told me it's my fault and I need to learn how to style my hair

Went in for foils and instead got the top part of my head bleached, a brass band in the middle and normal blond on the bottom. No foils, just 3 different bands of blond on my crown to my end, was still charged for foils. Awful place, they dont know how to do blond or blend.

I love the positive vibe of this salon. I finally found a stylist that actually listens to what I want. My hair simply looks amazing! Can't wait till my next appointment. I might make it a me day and get a facial too.

This is an amazing salon! They offer many different services and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. I've been going to Joely for years and have always left completely satisfied. Sara, the waxer, is also very good at her job. No matter what you're in need of, I would highly recommend giving them a call. Joely is the only one that does my hair, but from what I've seen during my time in the salon, everyone there is very talented. Book your next appointment with them! You will NOT be disappointed!!

I am not from this area and just arrived a few weeks ago. Coming from overseas where I will not let them near my hair, I was in desperate need of a trim. I read lots of reviews online and decided to go with Brittany. I have dark, wavy, thick hair which is not easy to color or cut. To my surprise, she was not only adorable and super nice, but her skill was fantastic! I will absolutely be coming back to her for my future hair needs.

Was very happy and pleased with my color and cut .. I've never been downtown and it was very easy to find .. Very charming and clean place .. The Spanish girl (forgot her name sorry) did an amazing job . I will recommend and come back to this place for sure

I went in today to have something done about my hair that was in dire need of fixing. I mean DIRE! Renata was my stylist and she did an AMAZING job! All I had to do was describe my goal (growing out my hair) and that I was thinking about a fringe but wasn't sure if it would look right. She worked magic with my hair along with giving me some tips as to how to manage my very full head of hair. Amazing woman :) A real artist. Their not cheap, but the way I see it, you get what you pay for and this place is worth every penny!

I had my first experience at Joely's couple weeks ago- I got a cut and highlights with Renata and I loved it. This doesn't sound like much, but she is the first person I've gone to besides my hair dresser of 10+ years. I was so nervous about the color because my hair is very fine and gets bleached very easily but Renata listened and talked to me for 30 minutes about what I wanted, what I had done in the past and what I liked and didn't like. She then took her time doing my hair and didn't take anyone in between - which is honestly a rarity now since most stylists want to make extra money so they take another client while you are processing. She kept checking back on me while I was processing to make sure I didn't get too bleached - my ultimate pet peeve and was super attentive.The whole appointment did end up taking about 2 1/2 hours and it is a pretty standard price for the highlight and cut so if you are looking to save time or money, probably not the best bet. But, if you want your hair done really well by someone who is friendly and knows what she is doing, then definitely go see Renata. I have found my new stylist and I absolutely love her!

As a client at Joely's i find it disappointing that others have had a negative experience... As for me, i agree with the majority of positive reviews... I found the staff to be professional, friendly and was also able to notice how much pride they take in their customer service.. I've learn that you pay for quality and considering i have always got what i've asked for I believe they are very reasonable ... I would definitely recommend this Salon, and will even encourage the very few disappointed customers to give it another try...

There is NO one is Fayetteville that does color better than Joely who is the owner. I get my hair colored red and I always have random people telling me they like my hair. In fact, the very last time I had my hair colored, some girl at Starbucks told me how much she loved the color. Joely's hair cuts are awesome too because she is up to date and has good styling skills. Although I've never had my hair done by the other girls, they always seem very nice. Plus, they offer you free drinks and food. Try them out!

i got my color done at joelys a week ago. the worst salon ive been to. over priced for the job i got. highlights with just a root touch was 150. i have hair to my shoulder. left with yellow highlights and fried hair. i will never tell anyone to go here. and the only time my stylist was talking to me was when she ask me how i wanted my hair. after she colored it she then walked awayand never returned until i had to be shampooed. just upset alot of money for a poor job.

well to start off i was just not happy with anything. i got my little girls hair cut and it was so uneven and the girl was just not nice well not be going back.

What a great experience ! Do many nice people here... My stylist Renata was so in tuned with me.. It's almost as she had read my mind ! She color and highlighted my hair and now I feel like I belong on a Hollywood magazine ! No joke! I am def coming back! Thanks Renata and Joely hair color and hair salon.. I can finally say bye bye to average hair color! :)

The visit to Joely's Hair Salon was a wonderful experience. My stylist, Rachel, was very professional and gave me the look I had been searching for. I felt that I was being treated like a diva and the results were wonderful. My highlights and color turned out amazing. The salon atmosphere was very chic and the entire staff was very welcoming.

I got my hair done here sat. And it was so nice! The stylist knew what I wanted and had a lot of infor about my hair. Would def. Give them a call to rebook with holly;)
