The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a glass company. Incompetence doesn't even begin to cover it. We have had a broken window for weeks and have been getting the run around from this company from the start. They were supposed to fix this issue initially 2 weeks ago and they showed up the day they were scheduled and left without any communication. When I called to find out what happened they told me that they ordered the wrong size glass. A week later, they were scheduled to come out and fix the window again. I called them 3 times that week to confirm that they had received the glass and were still on schedule to fix the window on Friday (a week after the 1st Friday they were scheduled). They confirmed with me that it would be done on Friday. Friday came and went and no one fixed the window. On the following Wednesday, a technician calls and says that they can come out and fix it that day. They come out that day and guess what? They ordered the wrong size glass AGAIN. Twice! They took the wrong measurements 2 times. How is that even possible? In total if I stuck with this company, it would've taken 3 weeks to fix this window and that's assuming that they would've gotten it right on their third visit. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. Use anyone else.

I called all around looking for a new windshield and wanting another window adjusted. I found one place where the windshield was much cheaper but they would not adjust my other window. So I came here because they said they would check it. WRONG!! When I took my car in to have the windshield replaced after ordering it and paying for it before hand with the car sitting in the lot. I was THEN told that it would be ANOTHER $100 just for them to even look at the window needing adjustment. Had they told me this up front I would have gone somewhere else with the cheaper price. Somehow I just don't feel like I got what I was paying for, I was paying the higher price thinking I was going to get better service, instead I got price jacked at the last minute
