worst customer service there. especially the 2 women who worked there today. exteremely disrespectful. for my first time asking about sewing, they expect you to know the process. they laughed at me when i asked questions and made rude comments, exclaiming, 'oh my god' when i didn't understand their question. never going there again, and yes, very expensive, not worth going to. terrible terrible people work there... i can go on and on, but they'll never get my business again

My husband is in the Army. We were stationed at Fort Bragg,NC for over 2 years. We shopped at General Jacksons alot. I loved the store. The employees are nice and very helpful. My husband would send me in for things that I had no idea what he needed. But the employees knew right off what I needed to purchase when I told them what he needed. They are a friendly team!
