Other reviews stating that the appt wait times are extraordinarily long are CORRECT!! We've waited up to 3 hours for my child to actually be seen by the Orthopedic. Additionally, our orthopedic decided at our last appt that he "didn't know what else to tell us" and he had "no ideas, contacts, suggestions for continued healing."

We had to find a good sports PT, on our own, to help our child continue to heal. We also had to seek and find a trainer to work with our child in balance, strength and weight bearing ability.

Thankfully, we were able to find these providers on our own and our child has now returned to their sport of choice.

ANY good orthopedic, with the ties to the community this Dr. had, should have the ability to recommend advanced care.

Go to Cape Fear. It will be worth it.
