I would like to compliment the great assistance and customer service received from Mr. Clint Dawkins whn placing an order. He went above and beyond to ensure that the order was what I wanted and he was very patient and responsible. I am now a repeat customer and I will refer ALL to Mr. Dawkins and to the Edible Arranmgements store #701- staff.

This location is great and they were able to donate to my son's elementary school as well as the Muscular Dystrophy charity. It's so great to have such awesome sponsors. The teachers were very honored and your donations helped make that possible.

They were able to make the impossible possible. I had a last minute oder and they did everything they could to make things happen for me and before I knew it, the arrangement was delivered.

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter and it was excellent!!! The service was also excellent from the moment I walked in from the time I walked out- I felt warmly welcomed. Natasha was very helpful and Michael was a joy. Even the delivery man helped me out so much with the arrangement and gave advice on how to store it. It was all around great service- I lastly want to thank Diane the owner for hiring and training the staff for great and very pleasant service.

I loved it here! The team in Fayetteville did a wonderful job of getting my mother a beautiful mothers day gift. What thrilled me the most is that my mother wasn't going to be at her destination until 11:30am and amongst the mountain of orders they had for Mother's Day they still managed to get my mother her gift in the time frame I wanted. I would like to thank Diane for helping me select a fantastic arrangement for a special occasion. When selecting gifts I can't always make up my mind and Diane led me to the right decision. On a Saturday morning I came into this store uncertain with a decision to send a fruit arrangement. The issue of my hesitation may sound simple; however, the gesture was to a family who recently lost their only daughter to a lengthy illness. The mere thought for an act of sympathy did not seem like the norm compared to the traditional floral spray/ plant. My concerns were put to rest when your employee J. Duncan (name on receipt) assisted me. This young lady was not only kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the products; she also displayed compassion in my needs by addressing her own personal loss. Miss Duncan is the epitome of what good customer service entails and she made my first time visit a pleasant one. Edible Arrangements has truly employed a wonderful worker and I wish Miss Duncan the very best in her endeavors.

Very good customer service refused to do business if they could not deliver at the time needed and they came through. Thank ya'll - Miss Diane was excellent and her son was very helpful, he had the most knowledge in the store on the arrangements.

I am home pregnant while my husband is once again deployed to Afghanistan. With little phone/internet access, I wasn't surprised when I didn't hear from him V-Day, but was crushed when I didn't get so much as a card. I cried myself to sleep believing he had forgotten all about it. He was livid the next morning to find out the arrangement he paid $94 for (ordered 2 weeks in advance) and was guaranteed delivery 2/14 never showed up! They had my cell # all they had to do was call and say "Sorry, your husband placed an order, we are overbooked, we will get it to your tomorrow." I would have been fine with that! After hours with customer service on phone I went to store & they said all they could do was give me the order a day late without delivery for the FULL price he paid of $94! Unacceptable! I was finally given a refund (w/o getting my fruit), but didn't receive any compensation for them missing v-day, my hours spent dealing w/ them, & driving to the store! All I could do was cry!
