I normally don't write reviews but felt the need to do so for my experience. I was a walk in, was seen right away, the ladies were professional as well as the owner. I was even asked if I was military for a discount, most places around Fayetteville you have to ASK for military discounts!! As for the negative comment here about them being loud and rude..its the way they speak, their nationality, you should know that if you have been to any other African braiding shops. I had no problem with them speaking in their language. Do you complain when other bilinguals speak their own tongue when you go other places?! Anyhow I got Senegalese twist they were small, neat and done VERY professional I love them! Most importantly I left without my head throbbing!!! There were two ladies working on my head and I was in and out in less than the 5 hours she quoted me!! Overall I had a great experience and will be back! Money well spent for me! The best in Fayetteville!

I walked in the salon at my appointment time the lady shows me the braid sizes I tell her the size I want and how long I want them she tells me 220 and starts my hair another lady then comes to take over and tells me she told me the wrong price and the braids I want are 250 I said thats not what the other lady told me she said she told me the wrong price I went with my original price so my braids are shorter then I want them. The lady doing my braids has her 2-3 year old daughter in the shop so she is semi braiding semi tending to her daughter I tell her my parts are too big she tells me thats How the middle will be because my hair is thick but she will do them smaller if I like. She never did them smaller. She then stops in the middle of braiding to say she has to take her daughter to an appointment. I wait 15-20 mins and another lady comes to finish my hair she does my braids much smaller the owner walks over and ask me what size did I pay for I just look at her funny. (I asked for the size I was getting in the back just with smaller parts that fact that they aren't communicating about What should be done to my hair isn't my problem don't question me because your workers did two different things) It was all just a mess. Over all not happy with my braids the parts are way to big besides my front. Plus the hair wasn't included in the price. Kids running are around. Several things made the place unprofessional.

They just moved their shop dow...

They just moved their shop down the street on north reilly road across from the school. But this was my first time going and it wont be my last. Diana is so sweet and she's a christian as well. I got micros and they came out nice and they're still holding up. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Diana is the best

Go to the shop on the left of them!

When I arrived the stylist was sleeping on a couch the floor was dirty, counters were cluttered, and they talked bad about their customers. I got invisible braids in front, a sew-in and micros (which she suggested in the back) Within the first week the micros in the back fell out two were stuck from a knot that was placed above the hair that was left out from the braids. The hair was very curly so and the color of my hair so I didn't see the gaps until it got wet. OMG! after the third week I had to cut out a track in the middle of my head because the thread came out, then another track in the back of my head lifted up from the thread, couldn’t cut that out because it was still connected on either side. Eventually the invisible braids began to slide back. It was a mess. So when I had it taken out there were knots tied on my hair, weave sewn into the braid, cornrows that contained hair strands that were missed from other cornrows. but most of all she did not braid my hair properly. I didn't realize until the hair was completely out that she STOLE MY 12 INCH VELVET REMI. They are ignorant, loud obnoxious, unprofessional THIEVES. I will never go there again and do not recommend anyone to go there. If so you will be bald sooner or later.
