This is where I bought my wedding dress. They have beautiful dresses, and the staff is very friendly. They tirelessly brought me new dresses to try on, and were very supportive.
They also do very fast alterations on site. I wasn't as pleased with the alterations done on my dress, because it ended up being tighter than it was supposed to be, but overall they treated the dress well, even doing a more complicated bustle for me.

I am reviewing the Fayetteville NC store. They were not as helpful or friendly as they shld have been. Also the quality of most of their dresses are low. I do not recommend them!

First of all when you go into a bridal shop aren't you supposed to be shopping for your OWN wedding? Hmmm...try telling that to the lady with the smirk! She is hispanic and about 5'5...beware! She will try and dress you in she thinks is good on and you and not only that she lies about not having the dresses in that we saw on the maniquins. And she also insisted that I wear a veil even though I told here that I didn't want one...so what does she do? She went and got and put it on me. And the poor lady next to us had to keep trying on dresses with a train when she had exhausted herself with repeating ..."I don't want a train..It's just not me!" Customer service isn't important...only their commision on the sale is.
