Stay far away from here!! Completely dishonest service with lack of responsibility and prioritizing! Do yourself a favor and find another unit! We've been overseas and had our family call in advance (as soon as we closed on a house) to set up the closing of our unit for later that month. After speaking with an employee who "spoke with the manager" everything was approved and agreed upon. We had our family clear out our unit with friends on the date agreed upon with the employee...were still charged for the next month. Employee stated that this has been a common problem at their location, while the manager just stated he could not refund, as there was no proof of us scheduling a move out; hence, his employee did not do her job (entering the information into the computer), which we are now supposed to just pay for. Completely disorangized "business"- while one employee told us it still has us in the computer as occupants, another employee that dares to consider himself a "manager" stated it had us moved out a month before. You can definitely find a better storage location!!!!
