I highly recommend Cape Fear Flooring. They did an amazing job on my bathroom. They came out right after I contacted them. Everything moved so smoothly from the estimate to installation to plumbing! Great job!

I had a water heater rupture damaging 80% of the floors in the original footprint of my home. This occurred in November 2016. It took several days for a plumber to come out but, thankfully recommended Cape Fear flooring and restoration. I had someone at my house in hours to assess the damage, by the next day I had a team of four people on the job packing all my belongings in the areas requiring work, ripping out damaged flooring and left with 12 pieces of expensive equipment (dryers, dehumidifiers etc.) in place to minimize the damage as much as possible. It seems like a slow process to hear it can take 2 months or more to restore your home but, I was here most of the time they were working, 3 separate crews and there was no wasted time. There is the inevitable wait till it drys, ( flooring, dry wall mud, tile glue, paint, etc.) before moving forward but, during those times another crew was there doing other things in other areas. The best part was Lacy! You may not get him but you will get a project manager who will coordinate with everyone, including insurance inspectors and adjusters and will keep you informed about every step of the way. You have questions, concerns, complaints? You take them to your project manager and it will be handled to your satisfaction. The office staff were also wonderful to work with. I'm a proactive, on top of things person and no one was put off by that and answered all my questioned though they believed I was getting ahead of myself. My great insurance company, Grange Mutual, backed me up by not once denying a claim and sent reimbursement expediently to keep things moving along. I will fully recommend this company for all your flooring and restoration needs and I'm a perfectionist who does not accept anything substandard.

Now located on Hope Mills Road with a lighthouse. We called them immediately after a plumbing malfunction caused our house to flood. Within the hour William and his team came to the rescue. Due to the severity of the damage we were displaced for a month. The Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration team made our whole process simple and easy. Our home was returned to better than new condition when we moved back in. We feel they went over and beyond the call of duty. They were clean, thorough, and perfectionists. I completely recommend the as the top restoration company in the area.

I dealt with the Sales Manager, Annie Monks. She was completely professional and extremely knowledgeable. I am so happy with the product that we chose on her recommendation. She scheduled the installation with us and kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. I would recommend her to any of my friends!

This company is dishonest about the qualility, or lack, of their products. Once they have your money and you sign for it well it doesn't matter if there's a warranty or if it was not what you asked for or expected...

They are totally unprofessional. The female owner is rude, thoughtless, and completely incompetent. We were given a specific qoute and when we talked with her the qoute mysterious doubled. We discussed several extenuating circumstances and were reassured that they would be taken care of. The day of installation we received a snappy, complaining, argumentative phone call that pretty much told us they could care less about our situation. If we had not been under strict time constraints we would definitely have found another company for our flooring needs. I will NEVER, EVER use this company again nor recomment them.
